Waiver

What information will you collect about me?

– When you use this website you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, date of birth, email address and telephone number. By giving us such information you agree to our using it in the manner described in this policy. Credit Card information and details are NOT collected by the company

– Cookie information, pages you have requested and your IP address may also be recorded by us from your browser as set out in this Data protection and privacy statement.

What do you do with information about me?

Credit Card payments

All payments taken via our Secure “SagePay” payments gateway. Credit card details are entered on a secured page hosted by the Payment gateway provider and that they are transferred using SSL

My Stage School Specifics
A term will be 11 or 12 weeks with a half term break. A £100 discount is available only for siblings in the upper school and not in the stage babies or stage starters classes. Fees are reviewed annually and may increase in the September term.

PERFORMANCES
Our performances are for the benefit of our young students and audience enjoyment. Therefore we reserve the right to ensure all reasonable safety precautions are in place and to ensure maximum audience enjoyment without noise disruption or audience members coming and going. This includes mobile phones or babes in arms and young toddlers. We reserve the right to ask audience members to leave if noise disruption is disturbing the performers and / or other audience members.

PAYMENT METHODS
Cheque, cash, internet transfer or post – dated cheques if paying in instalments. There is a £3 bank charge when paying with post – dated cheques.
PAYMENT DUE DATES, REFUNDS AND MISCELLANEOUS
A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a student’s place. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the fees is payable on or before the first day of term. In the event that a student is unable to complete the term we regret that fees will not be returned. A half term’s notice is needed if a student wishes to leave at the end of a term. If this is not given, a half-term’s fees are required in lieu. Students are not able to leave at half term.
USE OF IMAGES
My Stage School may take pictures and videos of students in class for the ‘My Stage School’ facebook, Instagram or twitter pages or for marketing material. If any parent or guardian does not want their child to be photographed or filmed please inform the Principal in writing.
UNIFORM
Students should wear at least Stage School T-shirt with plain black trousers or leggings, and black jazz shoes or trainers. Long hair should be neatly tied back For safety reasons, jewellery is not to be worn. Stage School does not accept responsibility for injuries resulting from a breach of this term.
LOST PROPERTY
My Stage School does not accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items. Students are requested not to bring any valuables to class. Mobile phones are not permitted.
BEHAVIOUR AND CONDUCT
My Stage School reserve the right to exclude any student at their discretion.
HEALTH
If students have any health issues it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify My Stage School on their application forms. Please include all details of any such problems, including allergies, medication etc.
SUPERVISION
Students will be supervised at all times by D.B.S. checked staff. We respectfully request that parents and guardians do not observe classes as it distracts students and prevents teachers from obtaining children’s full attention.
INSURANCE
Public Liability insurance is in maintained by My Stage School. Further details are available on request.
